MILS rules are intended to be applied between the modules of different builders to have an homegeneus display. Those 96 studs of beach can be considered as an element that will be adjacent to 3 other MILS compatible modules in the long side, and one other elements in both lateral sides. Those are the sides we want to be compatible with MILS system. If your beach is made up of three 32x32 modules, those internal sides are free of any restriction, but you are supposed to conect those sides only with yur own elements.
